My Aquatic ‘See’ Nymph series explores an attraction/repulsion dichotomy through organic sea matter. There are fish eyes no longer paired, squid tentacles entangled around flowers, and strewed entrails on polka-dotted fish skin. The constructed photographs represent a curiosity about how sea organisms and natural matter look and function outside of their normality.
